Step 1: Meet the Basic Requirements
- Age Requirement: Ensure you are at least 21 years old for interstate driving privileges, or 18 years old for intrastate.
- Valid Driver’s License: You must hold a valid non-commercial driver’s license.
- Social Security Number: Have a valid Social Security card.
- Medical Fitness: Obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate by passing a DOT physical exam to demonstrate you are physically capable of driving a commercial vehicle.
Step 2: Apply for Admission
- Online Application: Fill out the online application form on the Bluestreak website to begin your enrollment process.
- Documentation: Submit necessary documents, including your driver’s license, Social Security card, and Medical Examiner’s Certificate.

Step 3: Enroll in CDL Training Program

Step 4: Complete Theoretical Training
